Appointments

When booking your first appointment with Galini Therapies, a deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Only then will your chosen date and time will be confirmed. Payment is done by Bank Transfer. Full details upon booking. Please keep to your scheduled appointment time. If for any reason you are running late, please let us know asap. A 15 minutes grace period is given should you be late, however, after this time your treatment may be shortened to ensure I am on time with my next scheduled client. More than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and a full treatment fee will be made. This applies for day time and evening appointments. Booking with Galini Therapies, you are accepting and agreeing to the above.

Consultation Policy

With all clients, a full consultation is carried out prior to your treatment. It is essential you answer all questions and be open and honest as possible. This ensures you receive the best treatment for your needs. All medication must be disclosed including any supplements. No treatment will be agreed without a full consultation.

*Please note: Galini Therapies does not replace the advice of your medical practitioner. If you have any serious concerns regarding your health, please consult your GP or other medical physician.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please respectfully let us know as soon as possible, so this appointment can be offered to someone who may be in need of a treatment. (48 hours is required as not to incur a full treatment cancellation fee). If less than 24 hours notice is given, the full treatment fee will be charged. When booking with us, you are agreeing with the above cancellation policy.

Code Of Conduct

We are a professional business following a strict Code of Conduct with our governing professional organisation – FHT (Federation Of Holistic Therapies). Anybody deemed to be displaying inappropriate behaviour or requests, will be asked to leave. Treatment will be declined if drugs or alcohol have been consumed by the client. It is essential everyone feels comfortable and safe.
