Myself and my husband very much enjoyed our Tuesday night mindfulness zoom sessions over the last few months. I have tried mindfulness online before and found that I cannot do it if I do not like the person’s voice. It has to be a soothing voice. We found that Tina has such a calm voice it was easy to start to relax as soon as the session started. It was also easy to forget any worries from the week. We also enjoyed the mindfulness themes, especially the ones connected to nature. Tina also has a huge selection of excellent quotes, that make you think and was good at explaining what they all mean.
I had my first reflexology session with Tina. Very professional and very compliant. I suffer from restless leg syndrome but tonight for the first time in MONTHS I am lying in bed and my body is totally relaxed and no movement or spasms from either my feet or legs! I am lost for words. Will be booking again in a couple of weeks time for my next session.
I experienced several types of meditation techniques and gained some useful tools to support me with my daily home mediation routine.

Tina is a highly professional, qualified and experienced provider of massage, well able to alleviate the stresses and tensions that build up as a result of modern-day life. Tina has established a very tranquil studio, which she has tastefully augmented by aromatic fragrances, candles, well selected music and colour accents.
Tina has also given me Mindfulness, and I now have a balanced, meditative toolkit which will enable me to step back from situations that may arise, to appraise that situation, and to provide a carefully reasoned response without “jumping in with both feet” – in other words, to be in the moment.
I have taken part in online group mindfulness sessions with Tina for the past few months. As someone who often struggles with relaxation and anxiety, I have found them thoroughly valuable and have really appreciated learning new strategies and techniques that can help me regulate and calm myself when needed. She has also provided an opportunity for support and interaction amongst a group of people remotely, during a time of high stress and anxiety given the lockdown restrictions. I have found Tina very easy to engage with, warm and very soothing in her tone and general spirit.
Each treatment is different as every time I visit my needs and requirements are also different. She has always excelled in the service that she has provided to me. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Tina to my friends as well as business contacts.

I absolutely loved the treatment, it was so relaxing and I slept so well afterwards.
