Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please respectfully let us know as soon as possible, so this appointment can be offered to someone who may be in need of a treatment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, full treatment fee will be charged. The full fee must be paid before your next appointment. Due to the pandemic situation, each situation/circumstance will be considered individually.
When booking with us, you are agreeing with the above cancellation policy.
Consultation and Appointment Protocol
Your first appointment will include a detailed consultation prior to your visit to Galini Therapies. The consultation usually takes place remotely via a phone call and takes about 20 minutes. This also needs to be booked in at the time of your treatment. Please be open and honest with the questions you are asked. It is important to answer these as fully as possible so that we are able to offer the best possible treatment for you. All medication needs to be disclosed.
Appointments are booked in advanced. It is very rare that we take ‘on the day’ appointments, however, this may be available.
Prior to all new clients treatment day appointments, a full consultation must be carried out. This is in the interest of the client. No treatment will be agreed without a full consultation.

Code Of Conduct
We are a professional business following a strict Code of Conduct with our governing professional organisation CThA. Anybody deemed to be displaying inappropriate behaviour or requests, will be asked to leave. Treatment will be declined if drugs or alcohol have been consumed by the client. It is essential everyone feels comfortable and safe.
